Costa Titch, a South African singer, died on stage during a live performance.

Costa Tsobanoglou, better known as Costa Titch, a popular South African singer and dancer, died after collapsing on stage during a show at a music festival.
The artist, best known for his danceable buzzing Amapiano signature, was performing at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg on Saturday when he allegedly passed out.
The singer's family had not issued an official statement at the time of publication, but condolence messages were pouring in on social media, including from famous Nigerian DJ Imohiosen Patrick, professionally known as DJ Neptune.
Costa will be remembered for classic songs like 'Big Flexa' with C'Buda M, 'Maitama' with Nigerian duo Temi and Mayorkun, his appearance on Mavin Records signee Crayon's 'Ijo (Laba Laba)' remix, and 2022 hit 'Superstar' with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz.
His untimely death comes just a few weeks after another South African singer, Kieran Jarryd Forbes, widely known as AKA, was killed in an apparent targeted shooting outside a restaurant in Durban at the age of 35.
Forbes was standing outside Wish, a restaurant on Florida Road, with his companion Tebello Motsoane, who was also killed in the incident, when a hooded gunman approached them and shot Forbes in the head from point blank range.
